Terra et Vita is the controller responsible for the app Dressing Room (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your personal data when you use our App.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application In the Dressing Room and related services (the “Service”) offered by Terra et Vita Limited (“Terra et Vita”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). We are a private limited company registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under registration number ΗΕ 340951, with registered office at 26 Nikis, Transafrica House, 1086, Nicosia, Cyprus.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Us. Please read them carefully.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

In the event of a legal claim or judgment against Terra et Vita resulting from your posting of any unlawful content or otherwise resulting from your use of the platform, you agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless for any associated damages and costs, including but not limited to reasonable legal fees, judgments, and compensation.
